NITROGEN RETROFIT KIT

The advantages of using nitrogen has been well demonstrated in the wave soldering process. It is a cost effective option to upgrading your machine. The inert atmosphere created by the Nitrogen Retrofit kit greatly increases the quality of the soldering and it reduces the production of dross.

NITROGEN RETROFIT KIT DETAILS

The Nitrogen Retrofit kit can easily be installed in existing wave soldering machines with minimum downtime. It is available in a localized concept or in a hooded concept.

  • Provides Nitrogen blanket over the wave
  • 1000-1200 SCFM of N2 required for dual wave
  • 500-700 SCFM of N2 required for single wave

Turns on the solenoid valves to provide nitrogen when waves are turned on.
